    1919Depending on the quality of the flour, the moist, protein (gluten) and ash content, the amount of water may vary a bit up to a max of 70 %.

     21For any seeds or nuts added, no need to need to alter the recipe as long as the extra content does not exceed 8 % on top of the flour. A bit extra water may be needed as the seeds also use that. (my experience 25 % of the seed weight extra water is  needed)
