Make sure uploads are writable for apache, without allowing apache to write in regular content locations

semanage fcontext -a -t  httpd_sys_rw_content_t /var/www/html/wp-content/uploads

restorecon -Rv  /var/www/html

setsebool -P httpd_unified 0
