Ingredients
500 g | Stew beef |
1 | big union |
1 tbsp | sambal |
3 - 4 tbsp | santan |
1 tbsp | ketoembar |
1 tsp | koenjit |
1 tsp | laos |
1 pc | lemon grass |
bit | salt |
Preparation
Cut meat in small pieces. Cut the union small. Fry the meat and union until slightly brown and add water til the beef is just submerged. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Now let it simmer for 2 - 3 hours.
