Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients
500 g | Chicken |
1 tbsp | Ketjap Manis |
1 pinch | Salt |
1 tbsp | Sherry |
2 | eggs |
60 g | flour |
1 dl | vinegar |
100 g | sugar |
1 tin | Chinese mixed pickles |
bit | Corn starch |
Instruction
Cut the chicken in small pieces and mix with the ketjap and sherry. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. Make batter of the eggs and flour and cover the pieces of chicken wiht it. Fry the pieces in a wok with oil. In the meantime make sirup of the viegar and sugar and a little bit of water by gently boiling it.
