     22== Instructions ==
     23Finely chop the vegetables. Briefly fry the bay leaf and cloves in vegetable oil before adding the vegetables and garlic. Stir fry until a bit soft. Add the rice and stir fry a bit longer, while adding the spices. After one or two minutes add the water, stir and bring to a boil.
     24Once boiling put on a low fire and let it simmer until the water has gone under the surface. Turn off the fire and let it rest for 15 minutes.
