    1714== Preparation ==
     15Peel the ginger root and finely chop it. Wash and chop the coriander leaves. Wash the lentils.

     17Stir fry the onion in a bit of oil for 8 minutes until it's caramelized. Add curry powder, garlic, ginger and chilly powder and fry for another 2 minutes.
     18Put the lentils in the pan, stir one minute before adding the tomatoes, one tablespoon of the coriander, 600 ml of water and 1 tea spoon of salt. Add pepper according to taste.

     20Add the coconut cream and bring to a boil. Let it boil gently for another 25 minutes.
