Wash and chop the coriander leaves. Wash the lentils. 16 17 Stir fry the onion in a bit of oil for 8 minutes until it's caramelized. Add curry powder, garlic, ginger and chilly powder and fry for another 2 minutes. 18 Put the lentils in the pan, stir one minute before adding the tomatoes, one tablespoon of the coriander, 600 ml of water and 1 tea spoon of salt. Add pepper according to taste. 19 20 Add the coconut cream and bring to a boil. Let it boil gently for another 25 minutes. 21 22 Serve with sprinkled coriander. 23
