Blade Steak with Ginger and Raisins


4Stem ginger balls
1Pealed orange
25 gButter
25 gFrying oil
500 gBlade steak
0.5 lBroth (from tablet)
4 tbspginger sirup (from stem ginger)
1bay leaf
4 tbspraisins
1 tbsppotato starch
3 tbspcream


Fry the blade steak brown on both sides in the frying oil.

Add the broth, the ginger sirup, bay leaf, chopped ginger, and slices of orange.

Add pepper to taste and let it simmer for 3.5 hours.

In the last 10 minutes add the raisins. At the end bind the gravy with the potato starch and cream.

Serve with rice or boiled potatoes
