Blade Steak with Ginger and Raisins
Ingredients
4 | Stem ginger balls |
1 | Pealed orange |
25 g | Butter |
25 g | Frying oil |
500 g | Blade steak |
0.5 l | Broth (from tablet) |
4 tbsp | ginger sirup (from stem ginger) |
1 | bay leaf |
4 tbsp | raisins |
1 tbsp | potato starch |
3 tbsp | cream |
pepper | |
salt |
Preparation
Fry the blade steak brown on both sides in the frying oil.
Add the broth, the ginger sirup, bay leaf, chopped ginger, and slices of orange.
Add pepper to taste and let it simmer for 3.5 hours.
In the last 10 minutes add the raisins. At the end bind the gravy with the potato starch and cream.
Serve with rice or boiled potatoes
