     17Cut the chicken in small pieces and mix with the ketjap and sherry. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
     18Make batter of the eggs and flour and cover the pieces of chicken wiht it.
     19Fry the pieces in a wok with oil.
     20In the meantime make sirup of the viegar and sugar and a little bit of water by gently boiling it.
     21
